hello there journal. C: you and i will be best friends starting today.
i'm going to try to log in you every day until i reach my goal, which i will
hopefully reach. I KNOW I CAN DO IT! i will be using myfitnesspal.com to
log in all my foods and keep track of my calorie/fat intake. it will also
help me keep track of how many calories i have burned from exercising
