	[~+~] My goodness! That's really cute though. x3 And yeah - the way i look at it, eat it sooner, so stuff yourself for a few days, so you're not prolonging it and further tempted each day/feel more guilty! Then just do a bit more exercise than usual that week. x3

	Empty Spiral [~+~] My goodness! That's really cute though. x3 And yeah - the way i look at it, eat it sooner, so stuff yourself for a few days, so you're not prolonging it and further tempted each day/feel more guilty! Then just do a bit more exercise than usual that week. x3 I tend to go on the park with the dogs for a walk every day. I suppose in some way that counts as exercise.
