so yesterday I'm in a tournament, my only loss was during the final round of swiss against Six Sams. I come in second for top eight elimination and get put at table 4 while the six sam guy gets put at table one. i end up destroying tables 3 and 4, 2-0'd a machina deck and a mirror match gravekeepers. table one winner was six sams, and table 2 winner was the zombie guy i beat during round 3 of swiss. so it's zombies versus six samurai.
both duels of the match, zombie guy drew DAD and Gorz first turn and preceeded to simply overpower the six samurai player. the final nail in the coffin was when the zombie guy monster reborned the six samurai guy's barkion.
I was so happy because gravekeeper's have an easy time with zombies, it's one of our best matchups. so i'm all like, Zombies FTW!!!

because of this, i have come in first at locals 6 times. and i've topped a total 40 or 50 tournaments. lets see, 2 tournies a week times 4 weeks a month times 12 months a year.
8 times 12 is.... 96. plus 6 months times 4 weeks times 2 days is... 48... so 48 + 96... 144.
i've topped 40-50/~144 tournaments and won 6/~144 tournaments.
not bad for someone who duels on a budget if you ask me.

Speaking of Six sams I was playing against them yesterday with my Frog Monarchs and I was playing him for 2nd cuz it was Round Robin at the time; and I was play G3 against him and I D5 ALL tributes, next card was a snowman eater which lead my way to a lucky victory cuz of my endless raiza LOL.

I just saw Brother's Grim make an announcement on FB saying they're going to hold a Pot of Duality tournament this upcoming Spring Break. It sounds interesting, but I'm not sure if I'll go.

Mustard Like Soup I just saw Brother's Grim make an announcement on FB saying they're going to hold a Pot of Duality tournament this upcoming Spring Break. It sounds interesting, but I'm not sure if I'll go. they are. but it's single elimination. and it's every day during spring break. 5 chances to win a pot of duality.

My local shop is trying to get enough players to start doing Sneek peaks and regionals and such, so if anyone would like to go out to Game Table, that would be great.
Also there was a Duality tourney at Grand slam...it was rigged.

I was in the crowd at the last duality tournament, a kid said he would spend more money in the store if he won, needless to say he won even at a 2-0 and versed only week players. yet a 3-1 didn't make it. No explenation was held, needless to say the kid bought a box after that. This one was the same way, the highest bidder won, it's the same people with shitty records that win. I was a 4-0 and never topped, which makes no sense.

Mhm, that's why Im trying to get more people to go out to my store, we're larger in size but with few yugioh players we can't do regionls or sneek peeks, so we're trying our hardest to cater to the players.
