+Some things that should happen soon+
-Get a scale
-Stop eating every other friggin minute!
-Less candy from now on
-Become more active
-Go outside some more
-Be less of a grump
-Drink more water
-Change eating habits (all)
-Wear a dress. It might actually look good on me. Maybe.
-Do something about being a procrastinator. It's killing my grades.
-Find out if I have any food allergies. (May or may not be wheat/dairy)
+Some ruled I'd like to follow (not necessarily having to do with my weight)+
- Weigh in every day (if possible. I gotta get a scale first. . .)
- No more top ramen and hot pockets for lunch.
- Watch my calorie intake
- Do homework instead of putting it off for tomorrow.
- If you crave candy, go for a carrot. Or a cucumber. Or anything vegetable-y.
- Be sure to eat less starches.
+A little background info+
-I eat compulsively, and am a little too lazy to do anything about it. (I thought about joining procrastinators anonymous but I thought naaah, I'll do it tomorrow)
-I do exercise, just not enough to change anything.
-Though I eat compulsively, almost everything in my house is healthy (Other than the candy) so I eat pretty well.
-When not eating compulsively, I forget to eat. Period. So I'll often go a day or two without eating at all.
-Ditto with water/drink. I avoid soda if possible.
-I have a goal. Become comfortable with my body and regain all the self-esteem I lost in the past five years.
