Okay,so my grad is in 2 months and I have my dress. Unfortunately,it's still snowing and cold so I can't go out on bike or walks. I'm 116lbs and my dress is a size 2,I need to stay that size,maybe drop a few inches around my thighs and waist. I love coffee and chocolate milk. Any tips?

Classic push-ups and sits-up are great indoor exercises. And for cardio, if you have stairs job up and down there. OR get yourself a work out DVD. Thats what I rely on for the winter months. (( my personal favorite is Brazilian Butt, its a lot of dancing).
