What is my goal?
My goal is to be more athletic & eat healthier. & toning.
The purpose of this diary,is to keep track of what i do each day.
Note: This isn't for weightloss,just for getting in shape..Feel free to post comments.
Exercise:
Little to none everyday except for when my mama drags me
out the house to go do hiking/biking/six mile walking.
Thats maybe,twice a week x.x;
