Hello, everyone. This will be where I log at least once every week my progress on my journey towards a healthier life-- I would like to log at least 4 times a week, but it all depends on how things go. :3 Once a week at least.
So here we go!
In about 2 months I will be 20 years old.

Height: 5'3"
Current Weight: 158 lbs
Goal Weight: 140 lbs by June 2nd (130-125 is my ultimate goal)
Waistline: 28.5in. (72.4cm)
I want to fit into my size 9 Jeans.
I will not eat left-over doughnuts at work. Drink lots of water/other liquids.
Exercise 5 days out of the week for 30+ minutes. Start riding bike to work once it gets warmer out. :3
I will also log in a personal journal at least 3 days of the week (for personal health). And will practice smiling more often and make a more conscious effort to do so. Will tell people how I feel instead of lock it up inside and continue being open about my thoughts.
