Starting Weight: 174
Current Weight: 176.5


Last year I started a journal, but then I stopped keeping track after losing about 23 pounds. Since so much time has passed by, I want to start over fresh and new, and continue my dieting.

[Height] 5' 5.5"

[Highest weight ever] 197 pounds

[Starting weight] 174 pounds

[Starting BMI] 28.5 (Over weight)

[Ultimate Goal] 130 pounds

My weight still fluctuates between 173 and 176, but I'm not complaining because I'm so happy I haven't gained weight since last year. I've been craving a good run so I think I'm going to start running again. The rainy weather finally stopped and the sun is out. My ultimate goal is to lose 44 pounds which will get me down to 130, but my main goal right now is to lose 20 pounds (or possibly more) by August 16 (which is the start of my university experience). I basically want to get down to either 150 or 152 since that is the border of a healthy bmi for me. Then I'll lose the last 25 pound at school, it shouldn't be to hard since I'll be living on campus come august. But for now, I have to be dedicated...I can't give up and this guild has never failed me before when I needed motivation so I know I can count on you guys! <3

[Rules]
•Be in bed by 10pm
•get at least 2 cups of green tea daily.
•no sugary or carbonated drinks
•Small portions!
•do as much walking and running as I possibly can
•get at least 2.5 L of water a day (5 16.9 fl oz water bottles)
•try and eat no later than 7pm (or nothing 3 hours before bedtime)
•no eating out unless if it's an emergency or I have absolutely no choice!
•get as many fruits into my diet as possible.
•try not to over eat, eat slow and then wait 15 mins to see if I'm still hungry, if so then eat a little more.

It felt good running again but it was very tiring. I'm so out of shape. crying I could have done better with the food too, like eating italian dressing instead of ranch and overall just smaller portions.

[Breakfast]

•1 toast with nutella


[Lunch]
•2 small homemade meat pies
•2 small homemade spinach pies


[Dinner]
•grilled cheese sandwich with mozzarella cheese, 2 slices of American cheese, and 3 paper thin turkey deli slices.


[Snacks]
•1 homemade fruit smoothie (non-fat milk, 1 banana, 3 large strawberries, 2/3 cup blueberries)
•tortilla chips and salsa
•a few biscuits with nutella
•1 meat pie


[Water (quantity)]
~About 2 L's.


[End of Day thoughts:]
My legs are SOOO soar from yesterday's run, so today I just took it easy, the next time I run will probably be Monday because Matthew wants to run with me. Also, I'm going to change my entries and divide all the food into categories like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, instead of just listing them with bullet points.

•40 minute walk with tipsy.

I feel like I ate too much because of the street tacos, I should have only eaten 2...oh well, I'm glad I walked today despite this horrible soar pain in my legs. Matthew and I will be running tomorrow so that's cool too. Then Wednesday I have a chance to run again and then Thursday, THE BEACH!! 80 degrees baby!! That's what they're predicting at least.

Tuesdays are full of school classes, so when I finally come home, I'm not too enthused to exercise. Though...I should probably walk tipsy on these days.

Thanks!! I love jalapenos and tomatoes on pizza. I work for that pizza place and we have this spicy chipotle sauce that tastes SO damn good with with jalapenos, spicy sausage, pepperoncinis, and red onions! xd Lol, talk about SPICY! lol

I recently found out some disturbing news about my body (on Monday I received this news) and ever since, I haven't been paying attention to what I eat or if I exercise. So, this coming Monday, I'm going to the doctors to correct it, the medicine I have to take afterwards have some side affects like nausea, fever, and some other stuff so I have to take it easy for about a week, then I can go back to running.

I was running errands today so I couldn't exercise or really focus on food. After my body gets back under control, I can start watching my intake and outake. After Tuesday, I can't exercise for at least 7 to 14 days....this is going to suck...I can't wait until I get back to normal...

I over ate on my lunch break but oh well. I've been emotionally eating lately because I'm stressed about multiple things. Monday is getting closer and I'm so nervous about those meds I have to take and how I'll react to them. Then Tuesday I might miss class if I'm in pain from Monday's doctor appointment. But that's when both my labs are due as well as my take home quiz. I have to spend all day tomorrow finishing as much as I can before Monday and Tuesday.
