[A Touch of Evil]

I didn't know who they were until yesterday. I heard the name before and just thought they were young models in their teens. But yesterday, they looked like porn stars in the making....at least, that was my first reaction.

I watched this documentary style movie called Suicide Girls: A Guide to Living, and yes, there was a lot of "nakedness" present but I saw something else too. I saw confidence and beauty. All of the girls had either tattoos, peircings, colored hair, or all three! And I thought they were beautiful. I wasn't watching it to be a creepy perv, I was genuinely interested in how they perceive themselves. Somewhere in the movie between some of the soft core porn clips was a group of suicide girls at a book signing for one of there latest books. One of the members spoke about how beauty is not just blond, blue eyes and skinny, but can also include dyed hair, tats, and crazy piercings. Beauty can include things out of the norm, I guess it all depends on how confident you are in yourself and if you can be happy with yourself inside and out.

Afterwards, my reaction to the move and to the whole concept about suicide girls was, this is a group of girls who feel secure with themselves and who promote self confidence in girls who seem as different. I haven't dabbled much more into it but I am interested them.

So many pictures have a lot going on. Crazy hair, amazing tattoo work and hot sexy outfits.

Never heard of the movie but I may have to see if I can rent it or watch it online. ((soft spot for documentaries))

Yea I thought they looked amazing too and I absolutely love their tattoos! I feel motivated to lose weight because of how pretty they all are. I hope to get some kind of tattoo someday..... *_*

I heart Suicide Girls. Met them at SDCC and was so pissed when they were banned from the convention over essentially political reasons.
