Ah I know how it is to procrastinate and not have any kind of motivation to finish something. What I do is I tell myself I'll treat myself to something I love (sunflowers, favorite food, video game, whatever) once I finish. I'll even stop myself from texting friends until I get it done, and that's when I start getting things together.
I look at it like, "Okay, in three small hours, I will be done with this, or at least have a good start." and I think about it as "three whole hours of of twenty four, that's really not a lot, I can do it!" type things. And I listen to motivational music whilst doing it. That always helps me a lot.
