New here need help- fanasty wolf

I'm trying my hand at a anime type wolf. I had someone on deviantart tell me is looks horse like and not point out exactly what about it looks like a horse. If some one needs a better picture let me know and I will post one. this is the link to my DA page with the drawing on it.

anything that you can point out on what makes it look like a horse and what I should keep would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First, look at a real wolf. Take some notes on how it's head and muzzle are shaped. Compare it to yours. Practice drawing real wolves for a bit before you try to draw your own. This way, it will look more lupine and no one will say it looks like a horse.

good idea, I will once again practice realistic wolves growling and maybe just the ears in different positions to get it right. Then put it all together, Is there ant thing in particular that would make a person see a horse like wolf hybrid.
