I bought a Crystal Beacon from ebay, which was meant to be a rare of some sort. I got it and it is shiny all over, even on the writing. Is this normal. It has Crystal Beacon written in gold at the top. The code is HL05-EN003 so it's a hobby league card, but is this normal for a hobby league card? It also has the yugioh holo on the bottom right corner so I am sure it isn't fake. Just need to check in case I got ripped off

Got those shiny parallel lines everywhere?
That's one of the old styles of parallel rares.

Because the older Hobby League cards are thicker it's easier to shuffle them to the top of the deck.
