EtymologyFrom Middle French croisade (“marked by the Cross”), from Medieval Latin cruciata, past participle of cruciare (“to mark with a cross”), from Latin crux (“cross”)
Proper nounCrusade (plural Crusades)
One of a series of ostensibly religious campaigns by Christian forces from the 11th to the 13th century, mostly to capture the Holy Land from the Muslims who occupied it.
This would make us knights of a religious order of some sort.. Personally I'm good at heart with a few reoccuring Alignment clashes..
Muslim could be subbed by some corrupt faction or evil. Perhaps even someone claiming sovereign but deemed unfit by our religious order to hold the land they lay claim to or tittle.
This may indeed lead to taking it by force as a diplomatic reasoning cannot be reached.
So I do not see why not.. if within good reason.
But I am nothing but a recent addition to the order. So my words hold very little if no weight at all as law.. Please wait for our victorious leader CL10 to respond and main council.
