your chibies are good, though chibies differ with different styles and everyone's is different so ive nothing to say to that

HOWEVER!

this is something i ALWAYS say to beginners

1. get a basic idea of the body skeleton (EXTREAMLY IMPORTANT)
2. learn the scales of the male and female bodies (not as important as 1 but still...need this)
3. learn learn learn! there is never enough learning, even the biggest, best mangakas are learning every moment

this may sound mean but: i would crit you, if there are anything to crit about (critical hit! ouch! sorry!)

only drawing chibies and the face/eyes wont get you very far...im sorry but its the truth and the truth hurts...very VERY much

kinda reminds me of when i first started drawing

Feedback results vary from person to person so what I'll be saying is my own look on things, okay ?
Kay, let's get started.

OK :
1. If you're trying to make your drawing to be cute, then it's already very cute
2. Good detail in the hair, it looks realistic

NOT OKAY :
1. First of all, females have hairlines. It parts the hair in the center or in the sides.
As for males ( as far as I know ), do not have a hair line but their hair surrounds a part on the back of their head.
It's hard to explain so here's a picture. [ x ]
So either your drawing is a boy with super long hair, be sure the bangs come from the back of the head instead of near the forehead.
If your drawing is a girl, always be sure where her hair is parting from !
This is very important if you're doing realism.
Usually, people with front bangs have their hairline in the center which is I expect to see in this drawing.
Now, this is also important, when you draw hair parting from the center or side, the hairline should not be flat.
Where it parts must at least have a bump to show where each part of hair is parting from.
It's kinda hard to explain but I hope you understand so far. I'll draw some examples for you.

2. Facial proportions. Having a neck is important because it helps the head turn, lean, and tilt.
It looks like your drawing's head is tilted a bit which makes the eyes look farther apart.
Be sure to make the facial proportions are anatomatically correct ! It's very important in drawing faces.

3. The eyes. They are very cute and innocent looking eyes and good for drawing chibi !
Do not forget the bottom part of the eye. It still exists and has lashes as well.
Also, don't forget drawing eyelids over the eye and eyebrows. Drawing eyebrows ( realism ) have a certain way to them.
Some go out on an angle then go down abit.
Expressions are important too. It gives more character to the drawing.
I hope that made sense.

4. Colouring and shading. Right now, I don't see much shading or highlights in your drawing.
It's good to know where the source of light is coming from which direction and where the shade from the light will be.
Shading and highlighting hair can sometimes become bothersome but it'll look much better for your picture.
Since I can't explain this part properly, I'll just draw it out for you.

That's all I got to say for now.
Keep practicing on drawing and try to draw the body !
Here's a good website that could help you with the proportion of the body as well as poses. [ link ]

Oh, and here's the example picture I drew for you. It has pretty much all the info I listed.
Sorry if it's crappy. I kinda rushed. I'm no pro but this is all I could do. [ link ]
