What you're asking for is an incredibly tall order, especially since you're trying to incoprorate all 3 series of cards into a single deck.

I'd personally suggest sticking with a single set of 3 and sticking with that, but if you're adamant about it, I'll see what I can do.

Firstly, get rid of all of the Blue-Eyes White Dragons, the Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragons, the Malefic Stardust Dragons, and the Red-Eyes Black Dragons. That's just plain overkill on the high tributes. Also, Malefic Blue-Eyes and Malefic Stardusts are not at all necessary for the deck as it should not have to rely on Field Spells.

Instead, I would replace them with the following monsters:

3x Phantom Skyblaster - Upon being normal summoned, he summons tokens that can be tributed.
3x Hardened Armed Dragons - Upon being tributed for a high level monster, he grants the monster a very decent effect.
3x Arcana Force 0 - The Fool - Another monster that cannot be destroyed by battle. However, an opponent running Enemy Controllers could prove this card to be more of a hinderance than a blessing.
2x Chaos Sorcerer - For that extra push when you need a powerful monster straight away.
1x Summoner Monk - A great card for summoning weaker monsters early and fast.

Spells:

I would get rid of One For One, Future Visions, Clear World, Burial From A Different Dimension, and Swing of Memories.

Instead, I would add:

2x Mystical Space Typhoon - One of the classics.
1x Dark Hole - Another of the classics, a good idea to run.
2x Fires of Doomsday - A common strategy is to set this card and activate it at the end of your opponent's turn when you have a high level DARK monster in your hand. That way, you can have three tributes right on your turn!
2x Card Trader - Purely to avoid getting a hand you cannot use.
3x Enemy Controller - Definitely comes in handy.

Traps:

I would remove Birthright, Stronghold the Moving Fortress, and Return From The Different Dimension.

Instead, I would add:

1x Mirror Force - Helps to have monster destruction just in case.
1x Torrential Tribute - Same as Mirror Force
3x Dimensional Prison - Helps to prevent battle, especially when dealing with a Stardust Dragon.
2x Dark Bribe - Spell / Trap destruction is always useful.

Those are my suggestions for now, though I'd personally suggest going for a more specific focus.

Only cards with "Card" prefix in the name on the Banned, Limited, and Semi-Limited Lists are:

Banned: Card of Safe Return

Limited: Card Destruction, Card Trooper

As far as I know, Card Trader is at 3.

yeah it is a tall order. my main objective is to get two of the 3 god series into the deck. so im going with the regular god cards and the anti god cards. which puts me at a total of 5. the melific cards are just there to lessen the deck quickly to draw what i need and to provide a strong monster to defend as well as use for level eaters effect to bust out 3 in one turn and in turn sac them for god card and then resummon the level eaters out for defence if they some how get past my god card so when next turn comes around i can just resummon another god card. though some of the cards are good ideas. the 3 sacred beast cards will be a secondary objective. cause yeah i was pushing it trying to fit 8 gods into a deck and when slifer comes out even more problems and i would need to refix the deck

this sounds like it would be the best idea. I mean It makes the most sense to have a deck that you can sack monsters for you high level beast and and then dominate the duel.
