Normally, I don't stick to diets & exercise very well.. but for once I actually have a REAL goal. Well, two goals.

Before I say what my goals are I suppose I should give the back story on one of them.
Just last weekend my biological father & half brother contacted me on Facebook & told me they've been searching for me.
I haven't seen them in 15 years & now there is talk about meeting in person for Christmas.
I can't help but feel like I need to look better, not only for a good impression, but because I want to look better.
For me & them.

So my goals
Get below 210 for the christmas party
& get below 200 for my meeting with my family.

I'm hoping I can stick to this & if I didn't
I'll be very disappointed with myself.
Lets hope for the best.

Wow, this must feel so amazing to you, finally seeing them again. I know how it goes. It feels like a new beginning with that part of the family.
