that's all pretty fattening, but I don't really care right now because I've never had anything high in fat in a while...

I somehow feel like I've lost weight just by eating it. Jeez.
If only it were like this for all junk food.

But it's just that amazing... Cookie Ice-Cream is the best. Only ever had
it once though. Hmm. I think I'm going to make a plan to go for a walk to
the beach and get an ice-cream sometime soon. Always makes me feel
better when I walk and eat. =P

I've been gaining so much weight since I moved into my dorm, it's retarded.
I'm trying to stop myself from eating too much Ben and Jerry's, but I always end up shoving the entire tub down my throat when my roommate gets some. Or that was probably just last week when I was lovesick. But the point is, I hate how ice cream makes you fat while it tastes like heaven. I don't know if I should worship or despise ice cream.

Lolz...just lolz. I pretty much live on the stuff.....like no joke. There's a shop right beside the school (that I've just recently graduated from crying ) and pretty much every day since Feb this year I've been over at 9am to buy an ice-cream....then I go back for another at lunch time...and then just before scholarship classes I'm back for another.....I'm surprised I'm not the size of a bus.....my walet hates me.......

I'm on a little thing called an 'eat less or train more' diet. I love my food (especially ice-cream) too much to eat less of it so I have been training more.......like my Mum is actually surprised that her once lazy teen is actually running for a good hour each day and then going to Karate training twice a week for two hour sparing, kata and skills sessions....

The best way to lose weight is to have small but frequent meals. Eat the same amount of food as you usually would, but spread it out and feel free to snack.

I'm starting to get sick with milk chocolate! Dx

and I get heart burn and indigestion really bad.
And I'm allergic to eggs.

And I eat a bunch because I'm a swimmer.

I wish I liked sugary things at times. >_<
Sugar gives me really bad headaches.. so the only thing I eat with sugar is the few teas I put honey in. XD
It's all good though.. once my metabolism dies I won't have to worry about getting fat since I hate sugar and fatty foods! n_n

Oh, I'm sort of jealous. D;
I'm seriously addicted to sugar.
If I don't get enough of it, I get huge headaches.
I'm cutting back now since, you know, it's not at all good for you!
Now I'm eating tons of fruit and natural sugars.~which help a lot more than candy and stuff.
(I might actually be hypoglycemic...idk)

Being underweight is a b***h, maybe worse then being overweight. At least you have some fat for your body to digest. I can't gain weight for s**t, and it freaking suuuucks.

Gosh, I feel bad for you. I'm lactose intolerant too, and it sucks, but everything I love has cheese in it. Specially Pizza. But I'm learning sort of?
At least I don't vomit. I'm glad I don't vomit, but maybe it's because I try not to eat too much dairy, period. D:

i eat...alot but no matter how much i eat i only gain like 2 pounds......and im skinny as hell and im like WTF IS WRONG WITH ME?! my mom says it's my metabolism which is srly high

i like sweets esp dark chocolate. I sometimes eat frozen yogurt or yogurt when I want something like ice cream.
And a good way to eat healthy is to eat slowly, so your tummy has a chance to tell you 'Im full!'
