so if it isn't available in the store and i don't have 2 million + gold how do i get a land shark of my very own?

Yeah, I had the same question about airsharks.
They are available in the store, you just have to buy a box O'monsters. But most of the time you get crappy monsters. It's like buying a lottery ticket.
