I'm Kailey, I'm called Kk, K, or Kai by most of my friends because my name's kinda.. Idk.
I am 14, 5' 8'', and I weigh 141.5 pounds.
Not quite overweight, But I do have flab. I used to be 5' 6'' and 156 pounds earlier this year.
Now that band camp and summer has passed, I want to be able to feel confident in a swimsuit..
At the same time, I'm goign to try fencing
So, my goals are to:
Tone my arms and legs
Lost my belly fat
Reach a goal of 125 lbs
Dream Weight: 115 lbs
Pick up better eating habits.
Get into an exercise routine.


By this summer. Deadline is June, obviously.

My theory is this:
Candy isn't uncommon at my house. Having two little brothers, I see it practically every day. Taffy and hard candy, I normally resist for braces, But chocolate is my weak point. So maybe having it around my house will help me build willpower. Even if I can't play a sport at the moment or get out of the house, I have Just Dance and DDR Mario Mix. I will use these to burn fat, along with my ablounger. While I know carbs are needed at my age, I'm going to cut back.

Why It's been delayed a week:
Business at school, my geometry grade has been suffering.

What caused me to come back:
My coach in 6th grade gave me absolute hell. He gave all the girls that because he believed we were all fat (most of us were.). Well, now my brother has him, and told him that I was his big sister. Said coach, at the end of the class, said 'I see that.' That made me terribly angry, since since then, I've worked my but off because he just made me hate myself and everyone else. I need to do this, can't stop for a break.

Breakfast:
Half a banana, Lean pocket with milk
Lunch:
none.
Dinner:
Lasagna with water. I ate half, my braces hurt.
Snacks:
By the day's end, I ate 3 bags of chips and an orange. Not my best, I assure.
Exercise:
None. Rainy weather, brothers hogged the tv.

Asked my mom to check out the fencing place... She still hasn't, even though I got a certificate a month ago. She'll come around...
I'll post my current weight tomorrow morning. It's in my parent's room, I usually have to sneak it in my bathroom.
