Hey im hayley and i weigh 160 pounds sad
im 5'6.
So 160 isnt a good number for me.
Im trying to loose 22 pounds but im not sure what the best way is.
Im eating alot less and excersing more but im only hurting myself.
Help?

Welcome! What really kicked my weight loss into gear was running. I was running about 3 to 4 times a week for about 20-25 mins. It really helped! Also, the basic eating healthy and small portions every 3 hours helped as well. If you have any questions, please ask. wink

Well i walk five days of the week for about fifteen twenty mintues.
Would that be like the same excersise as running?
i sweat more since its hot outside alot
