There's this guy I like and he and I talked quite a bit-ish last school year. He's now a Junior and I'm a Sophmore, but I'd love to talk with him again, but I'm afraid that just going up and asking is too frank, and I want to ease back into him life (like that I guess xD).
What should I do?
I'm friends with him on Facebook, so I can also chat with him.

It's a start,but you know what they say about the dreaded "friend zone." If you really like him and actually think this could go somewhere, then I advise you to give it a little shove. Suggest a movie date, or a dinner thingy~

Yeah, I'll try on Facebook. But I also want to try saying hi to him at certain parts of the day when I see him (like at the beginning of class or whatever).
