What I do!
I Jog every other day.
Right now I walk a street then I jog the next I do this until I get back to my house.
I do yoga!
It works your muscles and it increases your flexibility and it is a good stress reliever.
I take walks.
Everyday, near the evening, now that it is cooler I don't have an excuse to sit on my butt.
I get out and walk. Preferably long walks by the lake.
I jump rope.
Getting your heart really pumping will help you burn fat.
i do this everyday.
Or at least try too.
