sad I'm sorry. What's your diet like? Are you getting enough water, fruits, and exercise daily? Don't feel stupid, its not stupid to gain weight. Sometimes, we end up taking one step backwards in order to take 3 steps forward. Keep trying and don't give up and you will start losing weight in no time.

Ah, don't worry about it. I gain weight all the time and then it drops off again. If you've just started exercising or picked up a new sport that your body isn't used to you're bound to gain some as well -- just keep exercising and eating right and it'll be gone in a few weeks.

Anyway, it's best to take scale numbers with a grain of salt. You maygain a few pounds, but if you're doing the right things then I'd bet your fitness is inceasing as well -- and that's the important thing.
