The only thing on my body that bugs me is my stomach, it's all flabby and chubby.
Everything else is alright.
Is their anything else that I can do to burn this weight off quick?
I walk everyday, I eat right or at least put fourth a ton of effort too....

I have until January, My stomach looks a little smaller but it has only been a week.

I think tomorrow I'm going to start jogging in the mornings outside.
And I'm looking into that 8 minute ab program.

I totally love this guild, thanks to everyone that has been helping me!
It really means a lot!!

Same advice as before. If you want to burn the fat off quicker, then workout harder. Run instead of walk or even do circuit training.

You said yourself that you've only been at this for a week. Think of how long it took you to put the weight on in the first place. Your body isn't going to transform overnight and if you keep looking for quick fixes you're either going to end up disappointed and/or gain the weight back when you go back to your old habits.

Healthy living is a journey, not a destination. You need to be thinking about habits that you can develop and then maintain for life.

There is no way that i would go back to my old diet.

It was very very bad.
I love healthy food, it tastes so much better than junky stuff.

I plan on working myself up to running, I'm going to wake up early and start jogging in the mornings. I have my course mapped out, it's about a mile long. :3

I agree! Healthy food tastes like gourmet! If I were forced to eat fast-food everyday.......I would shoot myself in the foot! XD

You have to excercise for long periods of time, try calculating what your target heart rate is (if you don't know how to, let me know and I'll help you out with it) and when you are excersising, you have to reach that heart rate and keep it there for about 25-30 mins at least 3 times a week to reach your potential and lose the most weight. Jogging is such an easy way to lose weight and is much more effective than walking, although, that's not to say that walking sucks. Walking is also very good for you for staying healthy and maintaining your weight, but for specifically losing weight, jogging/running is much more effective.
