The only thing on my body that bugs me is my stomach, it's all flabby and chubby.
Everything else is alright.
Is their anything else that I can do to burn this weight off quick?
I walk everyday, I eat right or at least put fourth a ton of effort too....
I have until January, My stomach looks a little smaller but it has only been a week.
I think tomorrow I'm going to start jogging in the mornings outside.
And I'm looking into that 8 minute ab program.
