Doesn't do much. Slow since it's a normal summon. It's ok, not great, but if you like it you can run it.

I'd like to think that, with enough sufficient tweaking and early game stall, Fortune Ladies could be a very prominent decktype, especially since every Fortune Lady can be used for this card's summoning: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Sorcerer_of_Dark_MagicAlso, because Future Visions returns removed monsters to the field and doesn't special summon them, the card would work with that.

It WOULD however, work great in any other Spellcaster deck. 1 tribute for a monster with 2800 attack? Yes pl0x!
