As a few of you may know I had a weight loss blog thingy here.
I had to get my iron back up I'm anemic and it got way too low.
I thought the less you ate the better, I also though that you were suppose to avoid anything with fat in it.
I was wrong.

No I don't have any eating disorder some mental issue, it was killing me that I couldn't eat food, I missed my sugary chocolaty yum food.
Can someone give me good advice?
I want to do this the healthy way not the bad way.
