Lately I've been cleaning my room and been finding cards from the beginning of the game,Ex. Raigeki, two of the "old" blue eyes , Dark strike ninja, etc. and been able to get the old cards from "new players" cards like, Jinzo, not the tin kind, one from a pack so it's real rare, Teleia Sphinx, Serpent Night Dragon (idk if it is old), and oddly I got another Raigeki, so yeah. Now my question is, how many of you have recently obtained some older cards? and who prefers older cards to the new cards? Cards in gx I count as both new and old

I just bought about a thousand, maybe 2 thousand, for about £10. It would be nice if they continue to bring new support for old cards.

I recently purchased a binder full of older cards from someone at my local tournament for 3 dollars and it included a bottomless trap hole and royal oppression.

I didn't even find out the price of all those til lately..

Based on my decks, I would say I'm a fan of the old cards. I'm not sure why. They're just a bit simpler than some of the later card sets.

Same here, I make random decks and out of them only one uses mostly new cards, when I say that I mean like 5d's, gx is separated into two sections the first half and the second half, which is when crystal beasts came, my d-hero deck is from 1st half but a few cards... and now it's like one of the bet decks around my school

I do miss being able to run a mish-mash deck. I was able to run Blue-Eyes and win until Soul of the Duellist.
Hey remember when Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys was popular? Thinking about it she was the first Synchro Monster.
