Go to any pokemon center, and go downstairs. Talk to the girl on the right hand side, and she will give you a Pal Pad. If you already have a Pal pad, then open up your key items, open up your Pal Pad, and click your friend code. And to enter mine, you have to register a friend code. Put in..
