Avitar Art for a Guild Banner?

I am very good at avitar art. I am NOT very good at making banners! Is there anyone who could make a banner for my Guild in exchange for avitar art?

I tried to make a banner of my own, but I failed so terribly!

Here is the picture I would like to have for the banner:
Book Covers
maybe with some golden sparkles to represent the subject of "Dust"
