This is about EV training...

Can someone please explain this to me in some way that i can understand this.... I have been everywhere and they say the exact same thing... i dont know y i dont understand it... i mean i get some of it but i dont get how they get it...

For Ex. I think it said that the base stat for a pokemon is like something.. and when you kill certain pokmone so many times it goes up by so many points... but i dont get it cuz when i battle 4 of the same pokemon nothing seems to change... Please explain it as simpily as possible..

ok so basically every time you kill a pokemon you get an ev point based on the pokemon you killed. after you get 4 you get 1 stat point depending on the pokemon you killed. you can alter this to make your pokemon better, hence ev training.

to do this you want the following
pokerus (ill give it to you if you dont have it)
power weight gives you four hp evs or 1 hp point
power anklet 4 speed ev or 1 spe point
power bracer 4 atk ev
power lens 4 spatk
power band 4 spdef
power belt 4 def

you can only have 255 evs in 1 stat however 4 is not divisible by 255 so you wanna go for 252
you can max out 2 stats and put 4 evs in one other stat

with the pokerus plus a power item depending on the pokemon you can get 10 evs
meaning you only need to kill (about) 25 pokemon to max the stat

Okay i got the jist of it... but.. do they get get that one stat point when they evolve or does it give it to them when you kill the 4th pokemon? And thanks for explaing it.. sweatdrop

so if your ev training at level 100 it wont work
ive gotten 32 attack points at one time leveling up
so if you notice an increasing stat upon leveling up your on the right track

no problem i was new to this once.
its really the first step to competitive battling

I was just about to waste my time trying to EV Train my lv. 100's.

yeah evs are earned as soon as a pokemon defeats its first opponent.

also exp share shares evs with the other pokemon as well as switching out a pokemon
