If Konami stops releasing Blackwings, it'll just become another archetype to throw into the "forgotten" bin. They're not the longest running archetype in the game, nor the most unbalanced deck to hit the meta. Continuing the series with cards like these, which barely scrape the environment they're played in, will keep them where they are in check.
The question is if the cards break them, and if they will throw the meta out of the loop. In hopes of returning to being one of the top, they'll be looking for some of their older support to return at greater number.

Arguably, E-HERO. They're still in the process of being released support in Japan.

I'll say this. When the character Crow stops playing Blackwings (HAHAHAHAHA... not gonna happen) or when 5Ds ends, Blackwings will probably die out slowly.
Also, I'd say Monarchs have outlasted E-Heroes, if only slightly.

Hakuro de Killer Also, I'd say Monarchs have outlasted E-Heroes, if only slightly. Monarchs are only Monarchs, really. They have cards with their faces featured on them, but it's really only...
Zaborg the Thunder Monarch Mobius the Frost Monarch Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch Granmarg the Rock Monarch Raiza the Storm Monarch Kuraz the Light Monarch Caius the Shadow Monarch
Versus...
E-HERO Avian E-HERO Burstinatrix E-HERO Clayman E-HERO Sparkman E-HERO Wildheart E-HERO Bladedge E-HERO Bubbleman E-HERO Woodsman E-HERO Heat E-HERO Lady Heat E-HERO Ocean E-HERO Stratos E-HERO Neos E-HERO Neos Alius E-HERO Knospe E-HERO Poison Rose E-HERO Captain Gold
And then you have the Fusion monsters, the Neo-Spacian Fusion monsters, the Phoenix Fusions, and all of the support.
On top of that, Monarchs were originally released back in May 2004 with Zaborg the Thunder Monarch, ending in June 2008 with Kuraz the Light Monarch. Since then, reprints of the existing. E-HERO have been first released in The Lost Millenium, only 18 months after Zaborg the Thunder Monarch, and continue to see new release.
E-HERO has a far longer lineup of an archetype than Monarchs, and the majority of what's played in the meta.

Boxxy 110 why are you bitching about cards that more than likely won't see playing in any good bwing deck. With people starting to run Wild Tornado, Blackwing - Mine actually doesn't seem like a terrible idea... and it's essentially a free draw. As for the rest... meh. He's bitching about the fact that there's still Blackwing Support coming out, not what it is specifically.

Probably not until 5Ds ends.
It was the same reason we had 3 Cyber Dragon at one point, because a character on GX ran 3.
As soon as GX ended, limited.

Gravekeeper's is the oldest arch-type, but they only get new support once in a blue moon.

Zero Hiru Gravekeeper's is the oldest arch-type. Battleguards are the oldest and smallest archetype.

Freed the Benevolent Zero Hiru Gravekeeper's is the oldest arch-type. Battleguards are the oldest and smallest archetype.while yes, the swamp and lava battleguards supported each other, they did not get any more support beyond themselves and are not recognized as an archtype. so excluding that very small technicality, gravekeepers were the first true archtype.

Because Crow is one of the main characters in the show so he gets random new cards released in the sets.

Let me answer everyone. Boxxy: I am not bitching I like Blackwings I just wondered when they were going to stop making them.
Hakuro: She (as in me -.-)
Zero: Gravekeeper is not the oldest I think. I think the oldest is Dark World, but I could be wrong I am not going to look it up.... OH Harpies are the oldest unless someone says they don't count. They had hapie lady sisters, harpie lady, elegant Egotist, and Pet Dragon.
