Venomoth Ability?

	Ok i need a venomoth but idk what ability i should give it. Both seem real good. Shield Dust which blocks added effects from happening or Tinted lens which doubles not very effective hits. Which should i go for?

	I have two Venomoth each with a different ability... I prefer the one that has Tinted Lens. Then again, I have a lot of berries...
