The guild is about anime/manga characters attending Karakura Academy. Here they enter as new students at a new year. However, the anime/manga characters cannot take their powers (if they have any) and use it inside the academy. By powers I mean : control fire, super strength, can move fast, being a vampire, etc...They are able to have and use their powers outside the school.
