Chances are, if you wanna run fortress dragon, run your own Cydra. Most people with their own cydra run fortress dragon at 1 at least, in case they meet up against a machine deck like yours. If they catch you with your pants down and special summon Cydra, they'll get the chance to summon their Fortress dragon first, dig it?
