well they both have substitude so fire types are not the biggest problem for them ^^... plus if you're against a fire/graund/rock solarbeam should kill them ^^

If i were you i would eliminate earthquake and substitue

I'd give one of them phycic cause you don't have anything super stong against fighting. I don't usually use flash but thats just me If your able to, give them nasty plot
