too many rules

Anyone else have this problem with the Guild Leader? I feel he has placed to many rules. Here is the PM I sent and his response to it.

My PM to P.C.- I don't know what your problem is with all these stupid rules. Forums are for posting, and I'm not using my e-mail, I'll use my A.I.M. account, but not e-mail. All I wanted to do is to have fun, and I cant do it here because its just to packed with rules. If things don't change I might quit. All I wanted to do was become a gym leader. I hope you understand.

Awesome? I don't really care if one person has issues with my rules, if you don't like them, no one is stopping you from leaving.

I've made my own guild with less loser rules than this guild has. Come join it, it is the same but less users and less rules.

That's pretty much why I didn't really care about what he had sent to me, and his blatant disregard for reading the "rules" of posts he doesn't like, does not give him special privileges just because he thinks himself to be rebellious. Have fun in your new Guild Metro I'm sure everyone will love your exceptional talent for being an idiot, and waste their time trying to decipher your vain attempt to spell words.

Then it must have been another pokemon guild with leaders, its a rule not to have EV or IV pokemon. :/
