Yua wandered a bit aimlessly around a strange city she didn't recognize. People walked by her every so often, none of which she knew. But this seemed to be happening a lot lately; one moment she was in one place, the next she was in another. Every so often, everything would go black and she'd show up somewhere new. Nothing was really making sense but she didn't see any reason to find clarity in it. All she knew was that it was cold...she hated the cold. The ocean was all she really could see as familiar anymore. It was warm by the ocean most of the time...at least the sun tended to be. The breezes always chilled her to the bone. But as much as she hated the cold, she couldn't bring herself to hate the ocean. So here she was, a wandering nobody with no real personality. Being able to stay human though...what a gift.

 

[Xake got it memorized]

*Steps out of alley, closing portal behind him*
"Whew, I haven't had to fight in a long ti-...Huh, what's with that girl. I sense...nothing"
*Steps back into the shadows of the alley, staring at Yua*

Yua continued on, her boots tapping against the cold ground. How long had she been walking anyway? There was no way to know at this point. Whenever she'd wake up in a new place, she'd just start walking. Maybe searching for something familiar? That is, if she had the thought capacity to want to do anything. A soulless emptiness had been clouding her golden eyes. Even the gnawing feeling in her stomach would be easily ignored.

*flattens to ground, scurrying behind in the shadows*
"This...feeling, where have I read of this? Nothings, no one's? Grr, I must find out"
(De rien)

As Yua continued to walk onward, more people began to crowd. Being as oblivious as she was, she carelessly ran into people. "Hey, punk! What do you think you're doing?", a man yelled at her, when she brushed past him. His hand clenched down on her shoulder.
((Tu parle français?))

*stops*
"Crap, a confrontation. What do I do, this is a perfect time to study her reaction to it, but...Grr."
*unflattens and approaches the two*
(Non, mais je le tape assez bien. )  

[Chibi_Tsukiyo]

"Well?!", the man said, his other hand was wound up in a fist at him side. When Yua didn't answer, his hand moved up toward her face. Her eyes widened, seeming to show more emotion. A silver gun materialized in her hand, to her own surprise. Out of instinct, she pulled it up and pointed it at the man.
((Ah, oui. Très bien! J'étais curieuse.))

*rushes in, knockes the man over, and puts hand over the gun point*
"Whoa there kiddo, that's a little excessive don't you think?"
(Accord)  

[Chibi_Tsukiyo]

Yua stared blankly at Naruk. She slowly lowered the gun. Her eyes traveled to the man and then back to Naruk again. She blinked her eyes at him out of pure confusion. The blank and lifeless look in her golden eyes remained. "Ex..ces...sive...?", she asked in a naive voice. Her voice had a certain ring to it.

*narrows eyes at Yua*
"Yes, excessive, too much, more then enough. Any word meaning that you shouldn't do what you were going to do."  

[Chibi_Tsukiyo]

"Oh...", Yua mumbled, looking down. Her eyes stared down at the silver gun in her hand. It was a bit heavy for her. "But...what about him?", she asked, stared at the man on the ground. He looked scared. "Wasn't he being...excessive...?"

 

[Xake got it memorized]

*glances at man*
"It actually depends on how you look at it. You not only bumped into him, you didn't apologize, and you didn't acknowledge him at all. In one respect, he was totally justified in his actions, but in another, he was absolutely in the wrong.
It's complicated."
*looks at crowd gathering around them*
"Um, do you mind if we move to somewhere else? A man in black wearing these symbols and a girl with a gun can cause some annoying problems in this place."

Yua nodded. Although, she didn't know exactly what he was talking about. What he was saying would of made perfect sense to everyone else. However, to her, it made no sense at all. She didn't understand morals. Collected that much information in the few days she'd been 'alive' wasn't possible. She was completely oblivious to the people around them too. Or the fact that having a gun was a bad thing. Or that Naruk looked out of the ordinary.

 

[Xake got it memorized]

"Ah good!"
*grabs Yua's hand and walks into an alley, releasing his grip once fairly into the alley*
*Turns around and looks at Yua*
"Right, so kid, you got a name or something I can call you besides kid?"

Yua let herself be dragged along to the alleyway. Her hand still gripped tightly on the gun. People watched them as they ran. Her eyes stayed on the man the whole time though. Although she was confused, she answered the question quite calmly. "Yua.", she said, pointing to where her heart should of been.
