I was messing around with my cards and reading their effects and found a cool monster named Vennominaga and here's where it all began....

I never payed attention to it cause I buy cards in bulk and store them, I noticed it when I was "rummaging" through them to search for another copy of Mirror Force and saw the reptiles so I searched all throughout and found her in one of my card chests so I read her and just though HOLY $#!!!+ THIS CARD IS A FREAKING GAWD. and that's how I thought about using her for reptiles...

In terms of monsters, I'd say kick out the Reptilliane Gorgons and the Vipers. The deck can do without them. Also, Utilize the Reptilliane Vaskiis. She is an asset to the deck, and can make even further use from Naga's effect to decrease attacks to 0.
Looking at the spells, Riryoku should be gone and so should the Spawns. They'd be handy if you used Vaskii, but you build didn't include Vaskii to begin with. Poison is fun, since it's simillar to Black Rose Dragon's second effect, but I never saw it useful(Just my opinion anyways) Rage should be dropped all together, I see no real use in it. Since you're going for the Venom Heavy hitters, and should probably add in the aforementioned Vaskii(s), Trade-In would be some help for times you just can't get rid of the high-level cards in hand. Also, 1 Pot of Avarice could make a world of difference.
Traps seem weird to me. If you're going to use Dimensional Prison, why not bump it up to 3, one seems too akward to me. Maybe replace the "Rise of the Snake Deity" with "Offering to the Snake Deity"? It's Similar to "Icarus Attack" but for reptiles. Deffence draw should be ripped out. You may wish to drop in a Solemn, or a Bribe or 2.
Anyways, that's all I can come up with off the cuff, so good luck with the rest of it.

Maybe take out Gorgons for a couple Oshaleon? Its a reptile monster and you can search both the king and the queen, naga, and gardna and gardna can search out anything Oshaleon can't.
So here is my changes.
-3 gorgons
-1 Medusa
-1 Viper
+2 Oshaleon
+3 Vaskii
Take out Rage. Put in Viper's Rebirth. Rebirth is a perfect way to reuse Gardna's effect, or summon something with 0 attack to summon Vaskii.
-2 Rage
-1 Riryoku
+2 Viper's Rebirth
+1 MST
-2 Defense Draw
-2 Waboku
+2 Dimensional Prison
+2 Offerings to the Snake Diety
These are just suggestions. You don't have to follow them.
