So, Mother's Day is this weekend! Are you girls doing anything with your mothers? I'd love to hear how you plan to celebrate this day to honor the women who brought you into the world.

i plan to make a breakfast for her,but i'm not sure what i should do o;
first step would be getting up early,since she's leaves for work while i'm taking my winks >w<
but it'll be worth it for my mom <33
hmm,i don't know how to cook though...
i've never been taught. <.<
even if i did,i don't know what to make her! Dx

I have to work, and my mom has to work.
Not sure what to get her yet.
Last time I bought her a present, she asked if she could return it. Heh.

I'm planning on taking my mom out to dinner at her favorite restaurant. Her birthday falls around the same day, so I'm going to combine gifts. xP

I'm going out with her and my sisters. Giving her bath salts. Then we're going out for my b-day. It's on the same day. (:

I won't be with my mother this weekend.
My parents are going to some other place, while I stay with my
friend. This means that I pretty much have to get her a present.
I don't know about you girls, but my mom is the HARDEST person
to buy a present for. She doesn't like chocolate, she showers
instead of bathing, she has enough cushions and teddies. :3 Arg.

Sounds tough. Just make her a card and slip a gift certificate/card along with it for her favorite store, lol.

Everyone seems like they're doing something funny with their mothers ^^
Well, since my mom only eats a sandwich and tea in the mornings, I can't do breakfast for her.
But I'm gonna draw something for her and maybe go to the flower shop and buy her a bouquet or something.

Me and my sister bought my mom earrings and a funny card. We like to get her funny ones, one year we got her a card with a quote from Gilmore Girls that said:
"Mom I need a favor."
"A favor?"
"Yea"
"Fine I'l just put it under the one that says gave me life."

The human heart feels things the eyes cannot see...
I'm not really doing much at all. I don't have much money and my mom is pretty stressed and busy lately with the kids.
So I bought her gummy bears. It's not much, but she loves them and I remember how she used to bribe me with them when I was a kid sometimes to take my medicine or something. It's something that makes us feel close sometimes.
...and knows what the mind cannot understand.
