The word "ugh" comes to mind.
Blue-Eyes White Dragon and White Stone of Legend shouldn't really be here without the two support cards that actually makes them a live and capable play: Cards of Consonance and Trade-In. By then, you should also have more cards for the two support, which makes for a reasonable engine in the deck.
Armed Dragon Lv5 should be accompanied by Armed Dragon Lv3, which makes it a really easy 2400 attacker on the field from the hand or more importantly the deck. Best way of doing this would be Masked Dragon, to make Armed Dragon Lv3 only have to wait out of the rest of your opponent's turn rather than keep it face-up during yours as well.
I see what you're doing with Mirage Dragon, and I see what you're doing with Honest for Mirage Dragon. It won't work, the card only covers so little and there's so much more usable plays which can be made before you ever enter the Battle Phase.
Luster Dragon and Spear Dragon are just, plainly, vanillas. They offer nothing beneficial, as trample is hardly the one thing you need for Dragons.
Lord of D. is hardly useful. Majority of monster destruction doesn't target anymore, if you're looking to prevent something like that, most it'll stop is a Brain Control for game or Synchro. Or both.
Hammer Shot is a terrible choice in a deck that's meant to have the bigger attack. Smashing Ground > Fissure > Hammer Shot.
Stamping Destruction... at 3? Before even Mystical Space Typhoon and Heavy Storm? Boy, you best be smoking some heavy stuff to be that foolish.
Smashing Ground > Fissure > Hammer Shot >>>> Tribute to the Doomed.
The Flute of Summoning Dragon is just as useful as Lord of D.. It's not.
Your entire Trap lineup, with the exception of Call of the Haunted, can go.
Tl;dr - Deck is scrambled in so many ways, with plenty of terrible card choices that could be easily ones that do the same but better.
Work now, positive fixes later.

i see what you are saying my whole plot to this deck was to send blue eyes to the grave and clear the feild with cards like tribute to the doomed and raigeki break then bring him back with swing and birthright i see how lord of d can be of little use and how flute of summoning can be as useful

"Why not add Ancient Rules so you don't have to tribute 6 monsters to get all the blue eyes out there. Just incase you can't get them in or out of the grave. You go against RFP deck or Gravekeepers your strategy is toast.

KugetsukiRobChan i see what you are saying my whole plot to this deck was to send blue eyes to the grave and clear the feild with cards like tribute to the doomed and raigeki break then bring him back with swing and birthright i see how lord of d can be of little use and how flute of summoning can be as useful All the more reason you should play the cards I had suggested...? You know, Trade-In, Cards of Consonance, throw in a Future Fusion and a Dragon's Mirror?
Your goal of the deck may be clear in your mind, but your deck is a clutter that certainly doesn't show what you mean to do with it. It's just a clutter.
