	I was wondering,will it let you trade that arceus because i went to the GTS and it said it has a special ribbons so it cant be offered,does this apply for regular trades as well?I have like 6 Arceus's im tryin to get rid of..

	You can trade the Arceus only in regular non-gts trades.

	I have the american version, it won't activate the event for some reason though.....
