The machina monsters are all war machines, and the gadgets have gears in their body. Has noone else noticed the deck is a homage to Gears of War? edit: For those of you who wish to know: Neither the Cards nor Gears of War have any relationship other the appearence of the cards matching the game's title. I just thought the title was witty.

Except for the fact that both Gadgets and the original Machina guys came out before Gears of War.
So you know Gears of War is an homage to them.

No all he said was that the first set of Machina monsters where released before GoW and that GoW was a reference to those monsters which would make EVEN LESS SENSE!

stare your starting to make no sense. Armycat at least understood how it would make sense even if the cards weren't meant to be directly related.
I'm just saying, the cards appearences might remind one of Gears of War. I never said they have anything to do with each other. I'm sorry if you got that impression.

Now does the gears homage gears of war, nope.
But there allot of cards who make homage to konami games like gradius cards, tactical spy to metal gear and vampire lord to castlevania....in a way......or maybe the skull servants to castlevania.....just something.
