this is my good friend axean's idea, with a few twists of my own. Sandman comes out in The Shining Darkness, so this is just a blueprint of what will inevitably become my Anti-Meta Rock deck.

i'm glad you approve ^^ since the opponent will (hopefully) be locked out of their heavy hitters, they wouldn't have much choice but to defend themselves, which is where Guardian Sphinx, Granmarg, Shield Crush and the like come in. you think it could work?

well sphinx gets around grave, but granmarg wont. maybe replace him with zaborg since zaborg gets around it.

Grave of the Superancient Organism only affects Special Summoned level 6 or higher monsters. Monarchs get around it.
