	In the morning before I've eaten and with no clothes, I weight myself. I've noticed my weight fluctuates from 169 lbs to 179lbs. Is this normal?

	Totally normal, hun. Totally. That is a big difference though. But it's allllll water weight. (why hasnt anyone replied to this yet?)

	I had no idea this was here. While it is normal for weight to fluctuate day to day, 10 lbs sounds more like your scale being the problem.
