well i heard he was sueing her because he came up with "Lady GaGa" and he made her what she is today. well first off having Lady GaGa as a name does get u over 1 billion veiws on youtube and selling over 3 million copies of her new CD "The Fame Monster" (proud owner of one too =]) its because her voice is so rich and she sings so well not because of her name.
