	ok i beat clair and im going to the dragon master person and i did the test and passed, but i never got the dratini and i had five pokemon with me...WTF

I meant in competitive battling, against other real people. In competitive battling the priority of Extremespeed is extremely useful. Especially to Dragonite, who lives in the shadow of Salamence. This gives it something the other Dragon doesn't.
