Greetings all, ^_^

I would like to thank all of those who kept the guild running in my prolonged absence (Luke, Leo, Rouga, Roukou, just to name a few). I am back now and will taking back the reins of the guild. I am trying to get things organized so that we may begin missions and other things of this nature.

For future reference I need everyone's understanding of a few things in order to stay organized:

1. Before posting a mission of ANY rank: be sure to get it apporved by ME before you post it. This will let me know what missions are active and who is active within it.

-Those who do not recieve approval from me will have their mission post deleted. No exceptions.
-When a mission is completed: the author of the topic should notify me so that I can take neccessary steps in maintaining the organized fashion of the guild.

2. Before begining a spar with someone: make sure that you do not have a previous spar in progress unless your opponenet has withdrawn or stopped posting for at least 3 days (minimum) before you begin a seperate match.

-I should be notified when a sparring match has been completed.

-All sparring matches should follow the basic battle system rules and should not have to be monitored by a VC.

3. I will be reviewing all RP Profiles and character info posted thus far and will be rearranging squads and teams.

-Those who have not been designated to a team will be placed ASAP.

-Those who have not created an RP Profile needs to do so before placement.

4. Refrain from uneccessary topic posts: Everything that comes to your mind, (some of you beginners) does not require you to make a brand new topic post that takes up space.

-Search and see if is an existing topic and post there, if not post in the complaints forum I have provided.

-There should be NO further random topics that are not serious issues. (by serious, I mean serious to ME not YOU.).

5. Classes will begin as soon as possible.

-Keep watch for later announcements.

6. Only those authorized to give announcements may do so.

-VC should check with me first and if im not available, check with Luke for permission to send announcements.

7. NO MORE ARGUING!: We are a guild and should fight for one another and not amongst ourselves.

-Please do not come to me with little issues like this.

-If you really need the attention, go to the Guidence counselor.

I have a question in which i made a topic previously, How do we get our rank up, or where do we go to get our rank up?, because Everyone is telling me that i take a test from my Sensei but so far i haven't been asked (Been active in the guild for about 3-4 weeks, Still no notifacation)

Yes, you are tested by your sensei. I know you dont have a sensei and I apprecite your commitment to the guild in such bad times.

I am constructing the list of teams now and will post them today. Once I post it classes maybe begin.
