Welcome to the world of art! =D Anyway, you need to work on your anatomy, but you probably already knew that. What I recommend doing is drawing models. You can either ask your friends and family or try drawing from photos. I know it has helped me improve quite a bit. So give it a try! You might like it. 3nodding
dude you really have to work on prospective and background that desk looks... wonky look up drawing in prospective or try to find some books on it

It's so hard to critique beginners because you don't have any basic knowledge yet, and you're so young that I don't see any reason to fault you for not knowing what you're doing.
What I'd like you to do is grab a piece of printer paper and a (non-mechanical) pencil and do Errol's "Light and Value" exercise in this thread. If you don't want to do it because it looks boring, that's fine, but it will help. Also, it will be something much easier for people to give you helpful critique on.
Good luck!

It's always good to look for references if you're struggling with drawing figures and objects. Find as many tutorials you can, also try mimicing styles or images. Make sure you change things around though so it's not straight out copying.
The problem is the head. This is the problem I used to have. First... Try to make the face oval shaped. And try to make both side look equal. I've gave up already on pencil drawing. Using Flash is easier and convenient.
And also Pomato Soup... I draw almost like that when I was 17 >.> I've been only improving on past 2 year.
And also.. the mouth >.< Try to make it small. Big mouth make it look retarded.
And you forgot to add a neck >.> They look like turtles

You know what may help as well are those wooden pose-able doll guys. You can find them at most art supply stores. http://www.alldressforms.com/df-images/jointed-wood-male-mannequin/jointed-wood-body-forms.jpg <-- One of those guys.
These guys will give you an idea of the very basic shapes that make a human body, and what they look like when they're posed differently. I started out with one of these guys and it helped me immensely.
