Heading Off...

So I finally got a boyfriend. Good news right? No. Not in the slightest.

The boyfriend is heading off to Iraq in a month for a period of about four months. I really don't know what I'm going to do without him...And if anything happened? Oh god...

I think I spent the last few days just crying.

Of course I wouldn't tell him that.

But I think Snow Patrol's song

Set The Fire To The Third Bar

Only makes it worse.

I feel so...

helpless.

You just have to have faith that everything will be okay.
I know it's tough.
Have you thought about sending him care packages and letters?
And there's always skype.

I'm trying...I'm just one of those worrier types. You know? I can't help it. I just keep going back to those movies where the boy goes off to war and doesn't come back...

I could send him letters and skype him...

But he's still so far away...I'm going to miss his scent, and his warmth...and his dorky smile. It's not the same through a picture or video. But your right...I'll try to be strong.

Maybe ask for one of his shirts and buy some cologne that smells like him.
You can sleep in his shirt for comfort.

I know it's hard. But he'll be back, safe and sound. Gotta keep a positve mind about it.

I like that idea. I'm sure he won't mind me taking one. Thank you iCrickle...I just needed to get that out. You know? I don't like worrying my mum, with my own problems. So going here...it's nice.
