Is it possible to just remove cards from your hand/graveyard without a use of a spell or trap card? And if so, can using the "Return from a different demension" card let you summon synchro monsters that you remove play based on its ability? And i already read the rulebook and did not find anything on this subject.

Yes, with monster effects, like "Banisher of the Radiance".

Without effects?
No.

Well you can't just go around removing anything from play unless something explicitly tells you that you can.

As far as Returning from D.D-ing Synchro's, they need to have been properly Synchro Summoned beforehand. If not, they are not viable targets.
